An evening ritual of movement, heat, and healing
Join us each Monday evening as the sun dips below the horizon and the world softens into twilight. Gather Sauna House and Emily of @doyogaoutside invite you to a weekly sanctuary of somatic restoration and elemental rhythm.
We begin with 45 minutes of soft, embodied flow yoga, designed to gently unwind the body, regulate the nervous system, and invite you inward. Then, you’ll be guided through 45 minutes of flowing thermic cycles—moving between wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and deep rest—to awaken your body’s innate wisdom and complete your stress cycle through contrast therapy.
This is more than just a yoga class or a sauna session—this is a weekly ritual, a sacred pause, a chance to reset and reconnect.

Hi, I’m Emily Dresser, the proud owner of Do Yoga Outside, a small Bend based business offering outdoor yoga experiences that connect our community to the breathtaking landscapes of Central Oregon. Do Yoga Outside is rooted in the belief that nature is a powerful space for healing, grounding, and connection. Practicing outdoors invites us to move with intention, breathe with the rhythm of the nature, and experience presence in a whole new way.
